When will my order arrive?
The best place to see when your order will arrive is via the Track Your Order feature found here.
Once you enter your order number and the email address you used to place your order, you will have access to the order details that include the expected delivery date.
The date shown is based on the delivery method selected when your order is placed and is the date we expect your order to arrive at your location.
What does “Processing” mean on the Order Tracker?
The Processing status shown on the Order Tracker page verifies that your order is in our system, and moving through the build process as expected. Once payment has been approved, your order will move from the status of “Order” to the status of “Processing”, and will remain in the Processing status until it actually ships from our location.

Why is my order taking so long to arrive?
SCUF builds all controllers by hand, and thoroughly tests each controller before the product leaves our location. Build times are based on the number of controllers already in our system to complete, and the expected delivery time that was selected when the order was placed.
Please remember that delivery speed shown when the order was placed is shown in business days. Business days are counted as Monday – Friday, and exclude any national holidays.
How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order, please submit a support ticket with a cancellation request. Be sure to include your order number and a specific request to cancel your order.
If your order hasn’t started the production process, it can be cancelled for a full refund. If your order has already started the production process, there is a 15% restocking fee for cancelling your order. This 15% charge is used to offset the costs already incurred with starting the build, and now disassembly of your controller.
How do I modify or add to my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to modify your order once it has been received in our system. This includes adding features or modifying color configurations already selected.
If a change absolutely needs to be made, you can request your order be cancelled and a refund issued so you can place a new order. Please note that special promotions or delivery times with new orders might not match a cancelled order.
How do I change my address?
Once placed, we are unable to modify either the billing or shipping address associated with your order.

How do I change my delivery country?
If the wrong country was accidentally selected during the checkout process, just let us know what it should be and we’ll do our best to update the account with the correct information.
Where do I find my order number?
Your order number is included in the order confirmation email you received just after placing your order. If you are not able to locate that email, please complete a support ticket and provide the email address and phone number listed when you placed your order.
What is a business day?
A business day is calculated as a Monday – Friday period and excludes holidays. For example, if you ordered on a Tuesday with a 7 business day delivery date, your order would arrive the following Thursday.
