Due to the impact of COVID-19, we’re adjusting our business practices to ensure the health and safety of our team. Therefore, please allow for more days to process your repair or return once your product is received back in our warehouse.

For in-warranty repairs (controllers less than 180 days old), you can create a support ticket. Please be sure to include your First and Last Name, Order Number (if available), Seal of Approval number, and a detailed explanation of why your controller needs servicing.

For out of warranty repairs (controllers older than 180 days) and controller upgrades, we are unable to accept out of warranty or upgrade controllers over the next 30 days. We apologize that you will be experiencing a longer service time than usual. In light of COVID-19, we ask that you register below to be notified when our team is fully operational again.
