Corsair Memory, Inc. (“Corsair”) is offering the Corsair® x Call of Duty®: Black Ops 6 DLC

Promotion (the “Promotion”). The Promotion is subject to these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”), and by participating, a participant (“Participant”) agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Corsair, which are final and binding in all respects. These Terms and Conditions shall govern all Corsair downloadable content (“Corsair DLC”) provided for the Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 videogame (“Game”) published by Activision Publishing, Inc. (“Activision”), but shall not apply to any downloadable content from any thirdparty.

This Promotion commences at beginning, October 10, 2024, and concludes at midnight on March 31, 2025(the “Promotion Period”). Corsair’s computer is the official timekeeping device for participation in the Promotion and all times states are US Pacific Time (or Pacific Daylight Time as applicable).

THE GAME AND ANY OTHER CALL OF DUTY VIDEOGAMES (COLLECTIVELY THE “GAMES”) ARE SOLD SEPARATELY. PURCHASE OF THE GAMES, PERSISTENT INTERNET ACCESS, AN ACCOUNT WITH ACTIVISION, ACCEPTANCE OF GAME, PRODUCT, AND/OR END USER LICENSE

AGREEMENTS, AND APPLICABLE PLATFORM ACCOUNT(S) AND PLATFORM SUBSCRIPTION(S) - SOLD SEPARATELY - ARE REQUIRED TO REDEEM AND USE THE CORSAIR DLC AVAILABLE THROUGH THIS PROMOTION.

ELIGIBILITY:

1. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. The Promotion is open to persons who are eighteen (18) years of age or older who purchase a participating Corsair, SCUF Gaming, Elgato, Drop, or Origin PC product (“Qualifying Purchase”) from the scufgaming.com, corsair.com, legato.com, drop.com, origin.com or related Corsair e-commerce websites (collectively the “Corsair Websites”) during the Promotion Period:

HOW TO OBTAIN CORSAIR DLC CODES:

2. To obtain codes for the Corsair DLC usable in the Games, Participants make a Qualifying Purchase from one of the Corsair Websites during the Promotion Period and provide an email address to Corsair. The code(s) for the corresponding Corsair DLC for the Participants will be sent to the Participant’s provided email address after, or at the time that, the Qualifying Purchase ships to the Participant.

3. Unless otherwise provided by applicable law, Qualifying Purchases are FINAL SALES and not eligible for returns or exchanges, unless the product was delivered with a defect in which case such repairs or returns for defective products will be governed by the applicable Limited

Warranty available at the Corsair Website from which the Qualifying Purchase was made. No price adjustments will be made for prior or subsequent purchases. The Corsair DLC cannot be combined with other discounts and promotions. Shipping and tax, if applicable, will be applied to all Qualifying Purchases. Shipping costs and taxes to international addresses will vary based on location and customers are responsible for paying any applicable International Duties and Taxes. No refunds on any shipping costs.

4. Corsair DLC Codes cannot be redeemed for cash or products, sold, traded, bartered, assigned or transferred to or shared with a third party, auctioned through an online auction site, obtained through any source other than from one of the methods mentioned in these Terms and Conditions. Corsair DLC Codes are null and void and will be rejected if not obtained through authorized, legitimate channels.

HOW TO REDEEM CORSAIR DLC CODES:

5. During the Promotion Period and until March 31, 2025, Participants can

visit www.callofduty.com/redeem and log in to their Activision account (“Account”) or create an Activision account if they do not have one already. Once logged in, Participants enter their Corsair DLC Code as directed by the Activision Website. After Participants successful entry of a Corsair DLC Code (obtained in accordance with these Terms and Conditions) they will receive their Corsair DLC item which will automatically be loaded onto Participant’s Account within Participant’s Game for Participant’s gamer profile. If a Corsair DLC Code is redeemed prior to the release of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 videogame, the Participant will be able to access these Corsair DLC items for use in the Game starting on October 25, 2024.

6. Each Corsair DLC Code may only be used once; subsequent attempts to re-submit or re-use the same Corsair DLC Code (whether by the same Participant or by different Participants) will be void. Corsair DLC Codes must be entered on Activision’s website before March 31, 2025, and any valid unused Corsair DLC Codes after this time shall become void. If any part of any Corsair DLC Code is counterfeited, or improperly reproduced or if the Corsair DLC Code comes from other games or promotions (whether operated by Corsair or any third-party), or if any part is illegible, mutilated or tampered with in any way, or if it contains or reflects printing, typographical, mechanical or other errors, the Corsair DLC Code will be rejected and will be deemed void and invalid. Each Participant acknowledges and agrees that the respective decisions of Corsair and Activision with respect to Corsair DLC Code entry are final and binding.

VERIFICATION OF CORSAIR DLC CODES

7. All Corsair DLC Codes are subject to verification at the respective sole discretion of Corsair and Activision before a Participant receives their Corsair DLC. Anti-fraud detection devices may be used for verification purposes. Corsair DLC Codes will be void if they fail to pass anti-fraud detection measures, or, if determined by Corsair or Activision in their respective sole discretion, to be unauthorized, illegitimately obtained (i.e., through means other than those stated in these Terms and Conditions) or if they contain an unauthorized message, code or other marking not issued by Corsair for use in this Promotion, or if defective or if they contain printing or other mechanical errors or are printed or produced in error or are illegible or unreadable or blank.

8. No Corsair DLC Code redemption will be valid if such redemption is associated with any Corsair DLC Code deemed void for any reason, including without limitation, the following: (a) the Corsair DLC Code is not verified or recognized as being validly issued by Corsair or Activision in the Promotion; (b) the Corsair DLC Code is determined to be previously entered and used, except as provided herein; (c) the Corsair DLC Code is incorrectly or incompletely entered or submitted; or (d) the Corsair DLC Code is void. Each Participant acknowledges and agrees that the respective decisions of Corsair and Activision shall be final, binding and conclusive in all matters relating to the Promotion, including without limitation determinations regarding the validity of Corsair DLC Codes. Corsair and Activision each shall have no obligation to the holder of any void Corsair DLC Code. Corsair or Activision may, at their respective sole discretion and without obligation, elect to replace an illegible Corsair DLC Code with one (1) randomly selected Code, if appropriate, upon request while supplies last. Corsair and Activision each reserves the right to inspect and examine any illegible Corsair DLC Code prior to issuing a replacement. Replacements shall be issued at Corsair’s or Activision’s respective sole discretion and may be denied in the event of non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Except as expressly stated above, Corsair and Activision shall have no liability or obligation with respect to any void Corsair DLC Code.

GENERAL TERMS:

9. Corsair reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse to sell any product to any customer and/or to cancel or refuse to fulfill any order for a Qualifying Purchase, even in the case of a Qualifying Purchase for which payment has been accepted by Corsair (if payment has been accepted and the order canceled or not fulfilled, Corsair will refund the payment).

10. Corsair is not responsible if the Promotion cannot take place, or if any Corsair DLC Code cannot be redeemed due to delays, interruptions or failures due to acts of God, war, natural disasters, weather, acts or threats of terrorism, strikes, lockouts, labor disputes, work stoppages, fire, acts of government, coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, other epidemics or medical emergencies, or other events outside of the reasonable control of Corsair and/or Activision. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including, without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Corsair and/or Activision, which, in Corsair’s sole determination, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, Corsair reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, change, or suspend these Terms and Conditions, including for DLC Codes provided or Qualifying Purchases made before the cancellation or change of the Terms and Conditions.

11. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of the State of California in the United States of America, and all entrants consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the State of California for any disputes arising out of the Qualifying Purchases, Corsair DLC/DLC Codes, and/or the Terms and Conditions. Any action, suit or case arising out of, or in connection with, any of the preceding must be brought in either the federal or state courts located in California.

12. No responsibility or liability is assumed by Corsair, Activision, and their respective affiliated companies, parent companies, subsidiaries, participating promotional partners, retailers, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, webmasters and any company involved in the creation, design, execution, production, or fulfillment of the Promotion (the “Promotion Entities”) for technical problems or technical malfunction arising in connection with any of the following occurrences which may affect the operation of any website: hardware, or software errors; faulty computer, telephone, cable, satellite, network, electronic, wireless or Internet connectivity or other online communication problems; errors or limitations of any Internet service providers, servers, hosts or providers; garbled, jumbled or faulty data transmissions; failure of any e-mail transmissions to be sent or received; lost, late, delayed or intercepted email messaging transmissions; inaccessibility of the website or any other website in whole or in part for any reason; traffic congestion on the Internet or website; unauthorized human or nonhuman intervention of the operation of the Promotion, including without limitation, unauthorized tampering, hacking, theft, virus, bugs, worms; or destruction of any aspect of the Promotion, or loss, miscount, misdirection, inaccessibility or unavailability of a Participant

Account used in connection with the Promotion. From time to time during the Promotion Period, Corsair or Activision’s respective webmaster may perform maintenance on their respective websites, which may result in a Participant’s inability to enter or redeem Corsair DLC Codes.

13. Corsair and the Promotion Entities are not responsible for any typographical or printing errors in the Corsair DLC Codes, or any inaccurate or incorrect data contained on any website, including without limitation, any personal injury or property damage or losses of any kind which may be sustained to Participant's or any other person's computer equipment or mobile phone equipment resulting from online participation in the Promotion, or use of or download of any

information from a website. Use of the Corsair Websites or Activision website is at user's own risk. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING ON THE CORSAIR WEBSITES IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

14. By participating in the Promotion, Participants: (a) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions by Corsair and by the decisions of Corsair, which are final and binding in all respects; (b) acknowledge compliance with these Terms and Conditions; (c) agree to comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations; and (d) agree to release and hold harmless the Promotion Entities.

All Call of Duty products, names, logos, and brands are the property of Activision or its affiliates. All third-party product names, logos, and brands are the property of their respective owners. All third-party company, product and service names used in these Terms Conditions or in the advertising of the Corsair DLC are for identification purposes only.
