SCUF Update on COVID-19

We hope you and your family are safe and healthy during these difficult times. We wanted to update you on how SCUF is operating amid the COVID-19 outbreak. Customers can continue to shop on There is a rotating crew of SCUF Gaming employees that are working hard to fulfill orders.

We are following the recommended health and safety standards — flexible and staggered work schedules, social distancing, plus additional sanitization — to ensure the ongoing safety of our customers, team and premises. Due to these precautions, it will now take us a bit longer to craft and ship out your SCUF purchases.

For any new customer orders and services as of March 26th, we are making the following adjustments:

  • 1 to 2 business days to process pre-built, ready to ship controller orders

  • 1 to 2 week build times to process custom controller orders

  • Expedited and standard shipping options still available

  • Returns and repairs to be completed as quickly as possible in the order they were received

  • Customer service continues to be available through phone, email, chat and social media with reduced availability

Please note that while we are doing our best, there may also be unforeseen delays in transit due to how our shipping partners prioritize deliveries, including essential goods.
